Turkey Rolls

Ingredients
For the stuffing

½ cup ricotta
cheese
·
½ cup chopped
spinach
·
1 tablespoon chopped
garlic
·
1 tablespoon chopped
leeks
·
½ lemon’s juice
·
Pinch of salt
For
the turkey
·
Turkey breast fillet
·
1 tablespoon paprika
·
1 tablespoon white
pepper
·
1 tablespoon onion
powder
·
2 large slices beef
bacon
·
Thai herbs
·
2 slices Swiss
cheese
·
1 tablespoon chopped
garlic
How to Make It
Step 1
1. Add all ingredients of the stuffing in a bowl and mix.
Step 2
2. Cut the turkey fillet in half and then place it between two pieces of plastic wrap.
Step 3
3. Flatten the turkey breast using a mallet and then cut the edge of the turkey.
Step 4
4. On the meat side of the fillet, sprinkle paprika, white pepper, and onion powder and then add the beef bacon slices.
Step 5
5. Spread the stuffing at one end of the turkey and then roll it to the other end.
Step 6
6. Stick toothpicks across the turkey roll and repeat the process with the other turkey half.
Step 7
7. Spread the Thai herbs on the turkey rolls and place them on a greased pan.
Step 8
8. Bake in the oven at 200°C for 1 hour and then add Swiss cheese and chopped garlic on top.
Step 9
9. Place the pan back in the oven for another 10 minutes until the cheese melts and serve.
